As a profession, Andrej Raspor's first formal education has been mechanical technician, but with his further studies he now holds an university degree in organization and a phD in social sciences.
He has over 30 years of working experiences, including civil engineering, machine manufacturing, tourism organization as well as in top level positions, such as head of general administration, director of human resources development, director of strategic projects, head of the expense supervision commision. Now he is a director at his own company CEATM ltd.
In the past ten years, he has been giving consultancy to the companies where he gained experiences in tge past. For the last four years he gives lectures and share his experiences among the students.
He started and opened a school for hospitality and casino gambling, school for project managment and school for capable leaders.
His key research interests include work relations and processes, with the emphasis on work process optimization, both from the point of view of costs and work time organization, as well as tourism with the aim to link the countries of the Western Balkans and China. He is the author of many scientific and professional articles.
